MEET LORI
Dr. Lori Schwartz Reichl
is the founder of MAKING KEY CHANGES, LLC, a leadership development consultancy that equips organizations to cultivate confident, compassionate, and high-performing leaders. She is also the creator of The Confidence Camp (for Kids) and The Confidence Retreat (for Adults)—immersive leadership experiences designed to strengthen confidence, character, and connection at every stage of life.
A former public school band director turned mentor, author, and speaker, Lori specializes in strengthening leadership effectiveness, improving team culture, and guiding organizations through sustainable change. Her work blends practical strategy with human-centered leadership to drive measurable growth and long-term impact.
Lori has delivered hundreds of workshops and keynote presentations worldwide, partnering with corporations, associations, and educational institutions to align teams around shared vision, elevate accountability, prevent burnout, and increase engagement.
